Mango and avocado tartare with smoked salmon

  • Serving ring of approx. 10 cm

Preparation method

  1. Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and cut into cubes of about 1 cm.
  2. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Or use a mango slicer. Remove the skin and cut the flesh into 1 cm cubes.
  3. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes and finely chop the red onion and chives.
  4. Mix all the ingredients with the lime juice and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill the serving rind with the avocado, salmon and mango mixture. Carefully remove the ring.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and toasted bread.
