Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Top and tail the haricots verts and cook them in about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Divide the haricots verts into equal portions over the bacon slices. Roll up tightly and place them in an oven dish. Bake them in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
