Preparation method

  1. Slice away the base (1-2 cm) of the asparagus. Brush them with olive oil.
  2. Grill the asparagus on the barbecue in approx. 8 minutes. Turn them regularly. Or heat the grill pan (or a frying pan) to a good heat and fry the asparagus in approx. 10 minutes. Turn them regularly. Sprinkle with the sea salt.

Tip: Grilled asparagus taste amazing with grilled fish or a steak but also make a good match with marinated tofu or tempeh.
