Green asparagus in the purest form: with olive oil and sea salt. This delicious vegetable really doesn't need any more dressing up. Enjoy the full flavour and pair it with a delicious fish dish.
Slice away the base (1-2 cm) of the asparagus. Brush them with olive oil.
Grill the asparagus on the barbecue in approx. 8 minutes. Turn them regularly. Or heat the grill pan (or a frying pan) to a good heat and fry the asparagus in approx. 10 minutes. Turn them regularly. Sprinkle with the sea salt.
Tip: Grilled asparagus taste amazing with grilled fish or a steak but also make a good match with marinated tofu or tempeh.
