Preparation method

  1. Cut the avocados all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop the flesh out of the skin and place in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the avocados. Crush the garlic. Add to the avocado and mash to create a coarse guacamole.
  3. Remove the seeds from the cayenne pepper. Finely chop the pepper. Remove the seeds from the tomato and finely slice the flesh. Stir the pepper and tomato through the guacamole. Season with salt and pepper.

Tip: Serve with a delicious nacho dish with cheddar cheese and minced meat.
