Slice the bananas across thinly. Place the slices loose in a freezer container and freeze for 1 hour.
Slice the dragon fruit in half and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
Slice the 1 half of the dragon fruit into small cubes. Put to one side. Peel and slice the kiwis.
Put the frozen banana slices, the whole dragon fruits and yoghurt into the beaker of the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into four bowls. Divide the kiwi , cubed dragon fruit and blueberries over the bowls. Scatter with the coconut and cashew nuts.
