Crispy rolls with cream cheese and chives

  • 10 g chives
  • 4 sprigs flat leaf parsley
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 4 wholemeal rolls
  • 8 Lollo rosso leaves
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method

  1. Finely chop the chives and parsley and halve the cherry tomatoes. Press the garlic. Stir through the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add ¾ of the chives and parsley.
  2. Slice open the rolls and spread with the cream cheese. Scatter with the rest of the chives and parsley. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and the lollo rosso.
