Coconut water smoothie

Make a healthy and filling smoothie with fresh coconut water. Coconut water hydrates well and complements the full flavours of banana and strawberry. A great pick me up after exercise!

Preparation method

  1. Remove the plastic wrapping from the young coconut. Using a sharp,firm knife slice a circle around the tip of the coconut. Remove this cap. Save the coconut water. Pour into in the blender or the beaker of the hand blender.
  2. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and add them with the banana to the coconut water. Blend into a smoothie and divide over 4 glasses.
