  • Blender or hand blender

Preparation method

  1. Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop the flesh from the skin with a spoon and put in the blender or in the bowl of the hand blender.
  2. Peel the apple and pear. Cut them into quarters, remove the core and add to the blender. Purée in the blender or with the hand blender until smooth.
