Avocado and tomato skewers

  • 1 avocado
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 15 small mozzarella balls
  • salt and pepper

  • 15 tapas sticks

Preparation method

  1. Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin. Cut into 15 equally sized pieces.
  2. Slide 1 cherry tomato, 1 piece of avocado and 1 mozzarella ball onto each skewer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
