Corn, but in the sweetest variant: that's EAT ME sweet corn. It looks like a regular corn cob, but with a sugar content that is many times higher. This sweetness makes sweet corn ideal for a range of dishes, from starter and main course to dessert.

EAT ME does not grow the normal variety of sugar corn, but an extra ‘super sweet’ variety. The crunchy bite also makes this type of corn a very exotic vegetable.

Recipes with sweet corn

There is just so much you can do with this extra sweet corn! Make a vegetable skewer to grill on the barbecue. Or combine EAT ME sweet corn with feta. But simple is sometimes best: smother it in melted Mexican butter for a true delicacy.
