  • Mange tout with potato oven dish

Enjoy this tasty oven dish with potatoes and mange tout underneath a crunchy layer of melted cheese. Lovely taste and easy to prepare.


  • 200 g EAT ME mange tout
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 150 ml cooking cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut in slices.
  3. Rinse the mange tout, blanch for 2 minutes in boiling water then rinse with cold water.
  4. Blanch the potato slices for 2 minutes as well and then rinse them with cold water.
  5. Grease an oven dish with olive oil and put the potato slices in then cover these with the mange tout.
  6. Whisk the eggs, cooking cream, crushed garlic and the herbs de Provence together in a bowl until smooth.
    Add pepper and salt to taste and pour into the oven dish.
  7. Cover it with the grated cheese and pop into the oven for 30 minutes.
