  • Grilled sweet potatoes with a fresh dressing.

Sweet potatoes are extremely versatile, and can be used in many different ways. Sweet potato is also great to grill and has a delicious flavour with a tasty dressing. Pure and simple.


  • 500 g EAT ME organic sweet potato
  • 1 cayenne pepper
  • 15 g basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 dl. olive oil
  • sea salt

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Wash the sweet potatoes and then cut them into thin slices.
  3. Brush the sweet potato slices with olive oil.
  4. Heat a grill pan and grill the sweet potato on both sides to create those nice grill marks.
  5. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until done.
  6. Rinse the pepper, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut into fine pieces.
  7. Crush the garlic using a garlic press.
  8. Wash the basil and chop finely.
  9. Mix the cayenne pepper, garlic and basil with olive oil. Add sea salt to your own taste.
  10. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and arrange on a platter. Drizzle the dressing over the sweet potatoes.
