A fresh and exotic smoothie to create a tropical feeling on a normal day. Enjoy the aromatic taste of Formosa papaya in combination with the sweet and sour taste of passion fruit.


  • 1 EAT ME avocado
  • 2 EAT ME passion fruit
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • ½ EAT ME coconut
  • 1 Formosa papaya
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • honey

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the Formosa papaya vertically in half. Remove the seeds and spoon out the flesh.
  2. Cut the avocado all the way around, going as deep as the stone. Twist until you can pull the 2 halves apart.
    Remove the stone with a spoon and scoop the flesh out.
  3. Open the coconut by drilling holes in 2 of the 3 eyes, which are at the bottom of the nut.
    Collect the coconut water in bowl. Hit the coconut with a hammer until it breaks.
    Cut the flesh out of the coconut shell.
  4. Mix the coconut flesh, the coconut milk and the ice cubes with a stick mixer
    or blender all together in a bowl.
  5. Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice out.
  6. Add the Formosa papaya, avocado and the lime juice to the coconut mixture.
    Mix it all together until smooth.
  7. Halve the passion fruit and spoon out the flesh and mix through the smoothie.
  8. Add honey to your own taste.
  9. Pour into the glasses.
