Make a great cranberry sauce for your Christmas dinner or just for a meal on a regular weekday. Of course you don't have to tell anyone how quick this sauce is made.


  • 340 g EAT ME cranberries
  • 340 ml water
  • 200 g sugar

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the cranberries.
  2. Boil the cranberries in the water and add the sugar.
  3. Let it simmer on a low heat for another 20 minutes and stir occasionally until the berries burst.
    From then on leave to simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
  4. Take the saucepan of the heat and leave to cool on a rack for 15 minutes.
    Place it in the fridge for at least another hour to cool down.


Ideal with chicken, turkey and game recipes.

If you use all the cranberries out of the packaging, adjust the ingredients accordingly.
