Do you want to feel like you're on a tropical holiday? Serve your yoghurt breakfast in a coconut. You will start the day with a smile!

Ingredients

  • 2 EAT ME coconuts
  • 1 EAT ME golden papaya
  • 2 EAT ME kiwis
  • 125 g EAT ME blackberries
  • 100 g EAT ME strawberries
  • 16 EAT ME violets
  • 1 liter skim yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. grated coconut

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Open the coconut by drilling holes in two of the three eyes, at the bottom of the fruit. Pour the coconut water in a bowl. Now hit it with a hammer all over until it cracks open.
  2. Fill the coconuts halves with yoghurt.
  3. Rinse the strawberries and blackberries, remove the caps off the strawberries and cut into pieces.
  4. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces.
  5. Cut the papaya in half vertically. Remove the seeds with a spoon. Now cut 1 half of the flesh into pieces.
  6. Place the fruit on the yoghurt and sprinkle with grated coconut and put the violets on top.
