Yoghurt and passion fruit swirl

Serve this delicious yoghurt with passion fruit for a tropical tastes at breakfast. Pour the yogurt into glasses and swirl the passion fruit through the yoghurt. Doesn't it look amazing?

Yoghurt and passion fruit swirl

  • 400 ml (vegan) vanilla yoghurt
  • 4 passion fruits
  • raspberries and mint leaves to garnish (optional)

Kitchen tools

  • Straw or skewer

Preparation method

  1. Divide the vanilla yoghurt over 2 glasses.
  2. Halve the passion fruit, scoop out the flesh with a scoop and divide over the yoghurt. Stir with a straw or a skewer to create a swirl. If you wish, garnish with a raspberry and a mint leaf.
