Sharon fruit smoothie

  • 3 sharon fruits
  • 500 ml (vegan) yoghurt
  • 3 ice cubes

Kitchen tools

  • Blender or hand blender

Preparation method

  1. Peel the sharon fruit. Slice the flesh into wedges and put in the blender. Add the yoghurt and ice cubes. Blend to create a smoothie. Divide over 2 glasses.
