Lychee smoothie

  • 10 lychees
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 25 g caster sugar (optional)

Kitchen tools

  • Blender
  • Cocktail sticks

Preparation method

  1. Peel the lychees and remove the stone. Put 8 lychees ,the coconut milk and the sugar into the beaker of the blender. Blend until smooth. Divide over 2 glasses and garnish with the remaining lychees (use a cocktail stick).
