Gin and tonic with kumquats

    4 kumquats
  • ice cubes
  • 60 ml gin
  • 200 ml tonic
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary

Preparation method

  1. Slice the kumquats. Fill the glasses with the ice cubes and pour in the gin. Pour the tonic into the glasses and stir briefly.
  2. Divide the kumquats over the glasses and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
