  • Stir fried chicken filet with habanero chillies

Add a bit of extra spice to this stir fried chicken dish by adding habanero chillies. Discover how easy it is to prepare this tasty dish.


  • 20 g EAT ME habanero chillies
  • 250 g chicken filet
  • 150 g broccoli florets
  • 30 g bean sprouts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 120 g basmati rice
  • 1 dash of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Rinse the habanero peppers, the bell pepper and the broccoli. Remove the little broccoli florets from the stem. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and the Habanero chillies and cut these in small strips.
  3. Cut the chicken filet in cubes.
  4. Stir fry the chicken filet in olive oil until it starts to turn light golden brown.
  5. Add the red bell pepper, broccoli and crushed garlic and stir fry on a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Add pepper, soy sauce and curry powder to taste.
  7. Add the bean sprouts and salt to the mixture and leave it on the heat for another minute.
  8. Serve this stir fried dish with rice.
