Give yourself a power boost with this pear ginger smoothie. Ginger gives you a lot of energy and is therefore the perfect drink in the morning. The smoothie doesn't contain dairy products so you can drink it if you are a vegan.

Ingredients

  • 30 g EAT ME organic ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 3 pears
  • 5 dl soy milk

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Peel the ginger and chop finely.
  2. Peel and cut the pears into chunks.
  3. Put the ginger, pear and soy milk into the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Cut in the lime in half. Squeeze the juice from the fruit. Add to the smoothie.
  5. Mix again.
  6. Pour the smoothie into the glasses.
