Parsley is a bright green herb that has many varieties. The two most well-known are the flat leaf parsley and the curly leaf parsley. EAT ME parsley is the flat leaf parsley, recognisable by the slightly incised flat leaves. Flat parsley is rich in flavour, and tastes slightly peppery with a hint of celery.

How to use parsley?

Rinse the stems and pat dry with a paper towel. slice or chop the parsley coarsely or finely. Add the herb to a salad or dish.
You can use the flat parsley to cook along with a recipe as this herb is quite firm and full of flavour.
