How to cut a Golden Papaya?

Cut the papaya lengthwise in half. Remove the seeds with a spoon. Slice both halves or scoop out the flesh.
The black seeds are edible as well and have a sharp tasty flavour. Sometimes they are ground to use as a replacement for black pepper.
