  • Yoghurt-trifle with pomegranate

Start the day well or treat yourself with this festive yoghurt recipe as a desert. Make it special by layering the ingredients in a pretty glass.


  • 1 EAT ME pomegranate
  • 1 banana
  • ½ L low fat yoghurt
  • 30 g hazelnut crunch

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the top of the pomegranate. Cut gently along the ridges. Break the fruit open. Remove the seed.
  2. Peel the banana and cut in slices.
  3. Divide the yoghurt over 2 glasses. First place the banana slices on top of the yoghurt. Sprinkle half of the pomegranate seeds and half of the hazelnut crunch over it.
  4. Repeat with the banana slices and the pomegranate seeds.
  5. Finish it off with a layer of hazelnut crunch sprinkled on top of the pomegranate seeds.
