  • 1 EAT ME avocado
  • 150 g mixed lettuce
  • 1 spring onion
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp. chicken seasoning


  • 2 EAT ME naga jolokia peppers
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sweet soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken seasoning on the drumsticks, put the drumsticks in an oven dish and bake the drumsticks for 30 to 40 minutes until done.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the cucumber into cubes and slice the spring onion into small rings.
  4. Cut the avocado all the way around, going as deep as the stone. Twist until you can pull the 2 halves apart. Remove the stone and spoon out the flesh and slice thinly.
  5. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together.
  6. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut finely. Mix the pepper through the dressing.
  7. Remove the drumsticks from the oven and let them cool down. Then take the meat from the drumsticks.
  8. Put all the ingredients into the salad and drizzle with the dressing.
