This popsicle is super healthy. These popsicles are made by just using pure and natural ingredients; pieces of fruit and fresh coconut water. A real guilt free treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME kiwi
  • 8 EAT ME strawberries
  • 12 EAT ME blueberries
  • 1 EAT ME young coconut

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Remove the plastic from the young coconut. Use a strong sharp knife to cut a circle around the top of the young coconut. Remove the piece you've cut out. Pour the coconut water into a jug.
  2. Peel the kiwi, cut in half vertically and cut into slices. Rinse the strawberries and blueberries and cut the strawberries into slices.
  3. Divide the fruit among the popsicle moulds and add the coconut water. Insert popsicle sticks into the moulds.
  4. Put the popsicles in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
