Have you planned a nice Easter breakfast or Easter brunch with family or friends this Easter? Then make this delicious avocado mousse and decorate it like a real Easter egg. It's handy to use a piping bag to decorate the avocado mousse.


  • 2 EAT ME avocados
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp. crème fraiche
  • Food dye in 3 different colours
  • salt and pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the avocado all the way around, going as deep as the stone. Twist until you can pull the 2 halves apart. Remove the stone, spoon the flesh out and put in a blender Press the garlic and add to the avocado puree together with the juice of the lime. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill the four avocado skins with avocado puree.
  3. Put 1 tbsp. crème fraîche in 3 separate containers. Add a few drops of food dye to each dish. Decorate the avocado puree with the crème fraîche in your own way.
