  • Pan pizza with cranberries

  • 200 ml lukewarm water
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast (7 grams)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 20 g butter


  • 75 g EAT ME mini green asparagus
  • 100 g EAT ME cranberries
  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 75 g mushrooms
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 180┬░ C
  2. Use a food processor with dough hooks to combine all the dry ingredients together and make the dough.
  3. Crush the garlic with a garlic press and place in the food processor.
  4. Add water and olive oil and mix until the dough is supple.
  5. Place the dough in a greased frying pan with a diameter of 28 or 32 cm.
  6. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  7. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken and mushrooms for about 5 minutes on medium heat until tender.
  8. Cut the green mini asparagus into pieces of 1 cm.
  9. Place the chicken, mushrooms and green mini asparagus on top of the dough.
  10. Sprinkle with cranberries and bake the pizza in the oven for about 20 minutes.
