Add vegetables and fruits to your barbecue! In addition to being healthier, they give your dishes extra colour. That's how your food can look even more delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 500 g diced chicken (chicken thighs)
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 tbsp. chicken herbs
  • ½ tbsp. paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Heat the barbecue.
  2. Mix the diced chicken with the chicken herbs, the paprika powder and the olive oil and put back in the fridge.
  3. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango slicer. Spoon the flesh out and cut into large cubes. Cut the bell pepper and onion into large pieces.
  4. Thread the bell pepper, onion, mango and chicken on a skewer and repeat until the skewer is full. Do the same with the rest of the skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes on the barbecue. The skewers can also be baked in a grill pan or oven (about 15 minutes at 180 °C).
