  • Yoghurt with pitahaya and granola

Enjoy a healthy and filling breakfast with fresh ingredients.


  • 1 EAT ME pitahaya
  • 250 ml yoghurt

Granola (or buy a box of granola)

  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g of organic oatmeal
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g of almonds
  • 75 g raisin mix
  • 2 tbsp. honey

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat oven to 170 °C.
  2. Chop the almonds and the hazelnuts and mix these with the oatmeal and sunflower seeds. Then bake the nut mixture on a baking sheet for about 8 minutes.
  3. Put the mixture in a mixing bowl and add the raisin mix and two tablespoons of honey. Mix everything well and allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Cut the pitahaya vertically in half and then scoop the flesh out. Then cut the flesh in cubes.
  5. Pour the yoghurt into the bowls. Then divide the cubes of pitahaya over the dishes and sprinkle the granola on top.
