  • Yoghurt with mango, blueberries and muesli

A well filled bowl of yoghurt is a perfectly healthy way to start the day. Make this power breakfast and spoil yourself with pieces of mango and blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 500 ml low fat yoghurt
  • 100 g muesli

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Slice the mango along both sides of the seed or use a mango cutter. Cut a few slices in the flesh without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  2. Rinse the blueberries.
  3. Pour the yoghurt into the 4 bowls.
  4. Spoon the muesli on top of the yoghurt.
  5. Then divide the mango and the blueberries among the bowls.
