Be amazed by this delicious breakfast of fresh blueberries and blackberries. Make breakfast the night before, so that you are you're off to a quick start in the morning.


  • 125 g of EAT ME blackberries
  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 5 g finely cut EAT ME mint
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 tbsp. ginger syrup
  • 300 g (Greek) yoghurt
  • 3 tsp icing sugar

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the blackberries and blueberries and put them in a bowl.
  2. Halve a vanilla pod, remove the seeds and add this to the berries together with the ginger syrup and stir well.
  3. Grate the other half of the vanilla pod and add it to the Greek yoghurt. Zest the lime with a grater and add this to the lime juice.
  4. Stir well. Then place the yoghurt in the bowls. Put the blueberries and the blackberries on top of the yoghurt
