  • Yoghurt with baked plums

Start the day with a healthy bowl of yoghurt, homemade granola and baked plums. Store the leftover granola in a preserving jar!



  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g of organic oatmeal
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • 75 g raisin mix
  • 2 tbsp. honey

  • 3 EAT ME plums
  • 800 ml yoghurt
  • Coconut oil

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat oven to 170 °C.
  2. Chop the almonds and the hazelnuts and mix these with the oatmeal and sunflower seeds. Then bake the nut mixture on a baking sheet for about 8 minutes.
  3. Put the mixture in a mixing bowl and add the raisin mix and the honey. Mix everything well and allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Halve the plums and remove the stones. Cut the plums into coarse pieces.
  5. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and bake the slices of plums until golden brown and let them cool down.
  6. Then place the yoghurt in the bowls. Put the granola and the baked plums on top.
