Yoghurt in a bowl is very trendy at the moment and also very tasty. This smoothie bowl is deliciously fresh with the flavours of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and yellow pitahaya. Yellow pitahaya adds an exotic twist to this dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME yellow pitahaya
  • 250 g EAT ME strawberries
  • 75 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 75 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 0.5 L low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. ground coconut

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Rinse the strawberries and remove the crowns. Put the strawberries in a blender or in a bowl and mix with a stick mixer. Add the yoghurt.
  2. Pour the strawberry yoghurt into two bowls.
  3. Peel the banana, cut into slices and place on top of the yoghurt.
  4. Wash the blueberries and raspberries and place on top as well.
  5. Cut the pitahaya vertically in half. Cut the two halves into slices and also place on top of the yoghurt.
  6. Sprinkle the yoghurt with sesame seeds and grated coconut.
