Tamarillo and brie are a great combination together on this crunchy bread roll.


  • 1 EAT ME tamarillo
  • 1 wholemeal bread roll
  • 4 slices brie
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 15 g pine nuts
  • A little bit of rocket lettuce

Let's get to work

  1. Peel the tamarillo and cut in slices.
  2. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan on a low heat until they are golden brown.
  3. Cut the bread roll lengthwise and put the rocket lettuce on it.
  4. Then put a tamarillo slice and a slice of brie alternately on the rocket lettuce.
    Pour the honey over the top and cover with the pine nuts.
