Treat your guests to a heavenly experience when they taste this light and delicate white chocolate mousse. Delicious combined with the fresh flavours of raspberries and mint.

Ingredients

  • 125 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 10 g EAT ME mint
  • 350 ml cream
  • 175 g white chocolate
  • icing sugar

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Whip the cream until it has a yoghurt-like consistency.
  2. Melt the white chocolate au bain-marie and add 1 tablespoon of water.
  3. Fold the whipped cream gently through the white chocolate mixture.
  4. Fill two wine glasses with the white chocolate mousse. Then leave in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
  5. Rinse the raspberries and put them on top of the white chocolate. Garnish with a little icing sugar and a mint leaf.
