Prepare a lovely Easter brunch with different kinds of fresh salads. Even when it's not Easter, this brunch served on a wooden plank will be a hit any time.


6 EAT ME white asparagus
4 eggs
½ red bell pepper
5 g parsley
100 g (Dutch)shrimp
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. yoghurt
salt & pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Put the eggs in a saucepan with water. Bring the water to the boil and boil the eggs for 8 minutes. Rinse the eggs with cold water. Then cut the eggs into small cubes.
  2. Peel the white asparagus and cut 1 cm from the bottom and cut the asparagus into cubes of 1 cm. Boil the asparagus cubes with a pinch of salt until about 6 minutes.
  3. Rinse off with cold water and leave to drain in a strainer.
  4. Cut half the cayenne pepper into small cubes. Rinse the parsley and chop finely. Place both in a mixing bowl.
  5. Then add the egg, asparagus cubes and shrimps.
  6. Stir in the mayonnaise und yoghurt.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
