Have you ever tried making sangria? A great drink in the summer that makes you think you are on holiday in Spain. Add some exotic fruit to make it even more tropical.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME red pitahaya
  • 2 EAT ME kiwis
  • 10 EAT ME raspberries
  • 2 EAT ME limes
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 dl Malibu
  • 500 ml white wine
  • 350 ml sparkling water

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Slice the pitahaya vertically in half and use a spoon to remove the flesh. Dice the flesh.
  2. Cut the orange in quarters and remove the flesh.
  3. Rinse the lime and cut into slices.
  4. Peel the kiwis, cut in slices and cut in half again.
  5. Put all the fruit together in a jug and add the white wine, the sparkling water and the Malibu.
  6. Leave the sangria in the fridge for about 1.5 hours.
  7. Serve the sangria with fruit in glasses.
