Make this tropical salad in no time and enjoy the sunny, sweet and fresh flavours.

Ingredients

  • 2 EAT ME mangosteens
  • 1 EAT ME papaya
  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 2 EAT ME kiwis
  • 250 g EAT ME bleu berries

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the mango in half along its seed or use a mango cutter. Slice the seedless flesh a few times
    to create a crosshatch pattern, without touching the skin. Then scoop the cubes of flesh from the skin.
  2. Slice the papaya vertically in half, remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut balls out of the papaya flesh using
    a melon baller.
  3. Peel the kiwis, halve them and cut into squares.
  4. Cut the mangosteen by making an incision all the way around the rind and remove the top part
    and take the flesh from the fruit.
  5. Combine the mangosteen, blueberries, papaya, mango and the kiwi.
