A simple dessert but it looks very festive. Make the dessert extra special with some chocolate eggs.


  • 2 EAT ME mangos
  • 250 ml cream
  • 500 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 8-10 wholemeal cookies
  • 4 Easter eggs (optional)

Let's get to work

  1. Whip the cream until it has a yoghurt-like consistency. Mix the whipped cream with the Greek yoghurt.
  2. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango slicer. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  3. Coarsely chop the biscuits with a knife.
  4. First fill the glasses with a layer of mango cubes and then some crumble. Add a layer of whipped cream / yoghurt mixture. Place another layer of mango cubes and crumble on top. Then one last layer of the whipped cream / yoghurt mixture.
  5. Decorate the glasses with some mango cubes, crumble and Easter eggs.
