  • Tortilla wrap pizza with avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 EAT ME avocados
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 500 g canned tuna
  • 4 (whole wheat) tortilla wraps
 

Pizza sauce

  • 5 g of basil
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • salt & pepper

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 210 °C.
  2. Cut the onion and garlic into coarse pieces and puree all the ingredients for the pizza sauce in a blender until smooth.
  3. Brush the wraps with the pizza sauce and put the tuna, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella on them.
  4. Bake the wraps in the oven for about 8 minutes.
  5. Cut the avocado all the way around, going as deep as the stone. Twist until you can pull the 2 halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and slice thinly.
  6. Evenly divide the slices of avocado over the wraps and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
