Aren't these little tiramisu cakes with pineapple strawberries lovely? The fresh-sweet taste of the pineapple strawberries is similar to the flavour of pineapple.



  • 300 g strawberries
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml cream
  • 10 lady fingers
  • 5 gelatine leaves
  • 1 dl strawberry liqueur


  • 100 g EAT ME strawberries
  • 100 g EAT ME pineapple strawberries
  • 4 sprigs of EAT ME mint

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the strawberries, remove the crowns and cut them in quarters.
  2. Place the gelatin in a cold water bath.
  3. Mash the strawberries. Use a saucepan to heat ¾ of the strawberries together with the sugar and liqueur.
  4. Then add the gelatine and put the saucepan in cold water.
  5. Beat the cream to a yoghurt-like consistency and stir the mascarpone in a mixing bowl.
  6. Mix the mashed strawberries as it starts to set with the whipped cream and mascarpone.
  7. Chop the lady fingers coarsely, put them into greased springform pans and press firmly.
  8. Then put the strawberry mixture in the springform pan and put in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours.
  9. Evenly divide the remaining strawberries over the cake.
  10. Decorate the cake with pineapple strawberries and a sprig of mint.
