Make every dinner special with these haricots verts rolls. Easy to make and attractive to look at. This recipe is a great combination with succulent tenderloin skewers.


  • 150 g EAT ME haricots verts
  • 250 g tenderloin, cut into large pieces
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper
  • 2 à 4 ready-made Duchess potatoes (from the freezer)
  • 4 slices smoked bacon

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into large pieces.
  2. Put 1 piece of red sweet pepper, 1 piece of yellow sweet pepper and a piece of meat on the skewer
    and repeat this 3 times.
  3. Pre heat the oven to 200 °C.
  4. Top and Tail the haricots verts and blanch for 3 minutes in plenty of boiling water.
    Rinse the beans with cold water and leave them to drain in a colander.
  5. Place the equally divided haricots verts, on top of the bacon slices and roll them up.
  6. Heat the Duchess potatoes for 15-20 minutes in the pre heated oven.
  7. Put the French bean rolls in the oven in an oven dish for 10 minutes until warm.
  8. Grill or bake the tenderloin skewers on all sides for a maximum of 1 minute, 
    this will take a total of 4 minutes at the most.
  9. Arrange the skewers, French bean rolls and the Duchess potatoes on two plates.
