This simple but appetizing side dish is made in no time. This recipe is a combination of sweetcorn and tasty Mexican flavours.


  • 4 EAT ME half sweet corncobs on a stick
  • ½ EAT ME lime
  • 1 sprig EAT ME coriander
  • ½ EAT ME cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 semi-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tl Mexican tex mex seasoning
  • 150 g butter
  • pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar

Let's get to work

  1. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  2. Put the semi-dried tomatoes, pepper, coriander, crushed garlic and the tex mex seasoning in a blender
    and mix thoroughly.
  3. Beat the butter and mix the Mexican mixture through it. If needed, bring to taste with salt and sugar.
  4. Warm the sweet corncobs as instructed on the packaging. Spread the Mexican butter on the corncobs.
