This simple but appetizing side dish is made in no time. This sweetcorn will be delicious when you add this delicious homemade garlic herb butter.


  • 4 EAT ME half sweet corncobs on a stick
  • 4 spriggs EAT ME chives
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g butter
  • 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Beat the butter. Chop the chives in small pieces and crush the garlic.
  2. Mix the butter, chives and the garlic thoroughly together and bring to taste with pepper and salt.
  3. Warm the sweet corncobs as instructed on the packaging.
  4. Spread the garlic herb butter on the sweet corncobs and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
