Perfect for #meatlessmonday or #greenmonday. A tasty burger without meat or fish. The burger is well seasoned and men will definitely like it. Eat the burger as is with a delicious sauce or on a bread roll.



  • 500 g EAT ME organic sweet potato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 g coriander
  • 5 g basil
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • Pepper & salt


  • 5 tbsp. quark
  • 5 g mint
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Pepper & salt

Bread rolls:

  • 4 bread rolls
  • 50 g baby spinach

Let's get to work

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and grate them.
  2. Rinse the coriander and basil and chop finely.
  3. Crush the garlic with a garlic press.
  4. Mix the grated sweet potatoes with the eggs, salt, pepper, curry, coriander, basil and garlic.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  6. Use your hands to make 4 burgers.
  7. Bake the sweet potato burgers on both sides for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Wash the mint and chop finely.
  9. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from the fruit.
  10. Make the sauce by mixing the mint, quark, honey, the lime juice and salt and pepper together.
  11. Put the spinach, sweet potato and sauce on the rolls.
