  • Sugar snaps met Parmesan cheese

Do you often use a wok to prepare sugar snaps? How about using another cooking method? Lovely, straight from the oven with Parmesan cheese on top!

Ingredients

  • 300 g EAT ME sugar snaps
  • 80 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Pre-heat oven to 220 °C.
  2. Place the sugar snaps on a baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil.
  3. Use a garlic press to crush the garlic and place on top of the sugar snaps.
  4. Bake the sugar snaps for 5 minutes in the oven and remove the baking tray.
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on the sugar snaps and put the baking tray back in the oven for 3 minutes or until the cheese start turning golden brown.
