We often forget to eat enough vegetables when we are barbecuing. Not anymore with these sugar snap rolls. They are delicious, easy to prepare and ready to eat in no time.

Ingredients

  • 150 g EAT ME sugar snaps
  • 9 slices bacon

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Rinse the sugar snaps and place the bacon next to each other on a chopping board.
  2. Evenly divide the sugar snaps on the 9 bacon slices.
  3. Wrap the bacon around the sugar snaps tightly.
  4. Insert a skewer in three sugar snap rolls. Try to insert the skewer into the sugar snaps a few times so they are well secured. Do this with all the sugar snaps.
  5. Grill the skewers for 4 minutes on each side on the barbecue.
