  • Strawberry tiramisu with fruits of the forest

This delicious strawberry and fruits of the forest dessert is a perfect summer dish. Ideal if you want to serve a nice dessert to a large group of people.


  • 250 g EAT ME strawberries
  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 125 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 125 g EAT ME blackberries
  • 125 g EAT ME red currants
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 grams strawberry jam
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 20 g gelatin
  • 600 ml cream
  • 10 lady fingers

Let's get to work

  1. Soak the gelatin in the cold wine.
  2. Warm the wine until the gelatin has been dissolved. Don't let it boil.
  3. Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar and the wine, au bain-marie, until it becomes light and airy.
  4. Let the whipped egg yolks cool down and whisk some more after about 10 minutes.
  5. Whip the cream separately until it has a yogurt like consistency.
  6. Add the rest of the white sugar and the strawberry jam to the mascarpone and whip this.
  7. Fold the whisked eggs through the mascarpone mixture first then fold in the whipped cream.
  8. Rinse the strawberries and slice them. Keep 4 strawberries aside for decorating.
    Add the strawberry slices to the mascarpone mixture.
  9. Put half of the mascarpone mixture into a cake tin and put the lady fingers on top of it than cover it with the remaining part. Put in the refrigerator for 60 minutes to set.
  10. Rinse the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and the red currants and drain them until dry.
    Mix the berries together and spread them over the tiramisu. Refrigerate for about 60 minutes.
