  • Stir-fried mini corn and green mini asparagus

How about preparing a meal in an instant? You can do this perfectly well by stir-frying. Mini corn and green asparagus are really suitable for this and taste great in combination with rice.


  • 125 g EAT ME mini corn
  • 200 g EAT ME green mini asparagus
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 150 g basmati rice
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, chop the onion finely.
  3. Rinse the mini corn, green asparagus and the red bell pepper. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
  4. Use a wok and 1 teaspoon olive oil to stir-fry the onion with the crushed garlic for 1 minute on high heat.
  5. Add the other vegetables. Add the curry powder and soy sauce after about 5 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Stir-fry for another minute on high heat.
  7. Spoon the rice on a plate and place the stir-fried vegetables on top.
